Taking the razer to the wrist, literally
With reference to Here
Dang it, my copperhead is acting up with double clicks at every click. I guess, it’s click once, free the other click. It’s okay if i do plan to launch some apps, but it’s getting helluva annoying when I’m not launching apps, like say, drag and drop files. So much for quality item that only lasted 1 1/2 years. I think that my other previous RM10 mice last longer then this gaming mouse that cost 25 times more. Not to say that i did not enjoy using the copperhead, i just wish that it’ll last like another 1 1/2 years.
well, looks like i’d be downgrading to the krait soon.

It’s Aliveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!
The broken Treo600 which was handed down to me has always been nothing more but a decorative prop at my bed side table. After being dormant for years, i’ve decided to charge the batteries and try my luck. All this while i’ve been a biased, loyal symbian user refuses to try palm devices after horrible experience with Marcus’s palm, eons ago. Mainly due to the palm over simplicity and system file management of a college freshmen where everything is dumped into the root directory.
Anyways, the Treo600 booted with its trademark ding and the screen illuminated to life. I’ve added a 128mb SD card to boost its storing capacity. Though it seems like an over kill since the applications are sub megabyte in size where the internal 28megs is suffice. Guess i’d be storing media files and other documents into the SD card instead. speaking of which, the Treo600 don’t come with any media player by default. Oh well, that’s not much of a problem since there are freeware for dowloads at mytreo.net

Living the Fast Track
Things has started to pick up pace since the starting of the month before. Other than the noticeable increasing workload, there are also new commitments to the company as it as passed it’s infancy stage and prepares for further expansion in a form of a new facility which will be better equipped to manufacture newer products, thus further boost the sales figure. And that’s when 24 hours isn’t enough to live a balanced lifestyle of physical health (at least 1 hour workout at the local gym), proper rest (8 hours sleep), stress therapy (hobbies, entertainment), networking (socializing) and self improvement (upgrading and acquiring new skills, reading the news, staying updated).
There are things that can be done concurrently such as driving, which i takes it passionately (provided i’m driving my neo). So, not only do i get to my intended destination, i also manage to enjoy nerve wrecking speed on the highway.

Which also bring to the point that it can also act as a double edge sword by hiking blood pressure, and stress form selfish drivers. Some road users just don’t have the sense of urgency, especially road hogs. I just could not understand these type of single tasking, sub megahertz thinking drivers. They couldn’t cope with speeds faster than 40kmh or suffer a nervous breakdown due to information overload such as keeping notice of the cars front, back and it’s side while at the same time mentioning to themselves where are they suppose to be heading. These people are not fit to drive at all!

Now, moving on. Marcus has got himself a P910i which i have been eying on since its release. At that time i was still using my trusty p800 which was serving well. Why did i mention about the p910i out of the blue? Firstly it was in my “wanted” list. 2MP smartphone with wifi and running on symbian is something that i’m looking forward to try, part and partial because i’m an SE fanboy. The second reason boils down to the price which Marcus got his P910i. RM1100! that’s freaking cheap considering that the introduction price for one was RM3299 and that now it retails for RM2299. The AP set that Marcus got was half the market price for an authorized unit. Not that i’m bothered with APs since SE service center do service all SE phones, AP or non APs alike. The only difference is that AP are unable to claim warranty from SESC.
to be continue…

Dang it, i’ve done it again
Life is cruel. Just when I woke up this morning, words started rushing into my head. I was blogging my thoughts in my mind. It was fluent, the content was rich and for once, my jokes don’t suck. The moment my computer uttered its first bleep when I turn it on, my mind went blank. All the creativity vanished, completely nuked by that metallic, monotonic beep from a digital speaker no bigger than a 20cent coin.

Double Headders
The last time I’ve watched two movies in one day was seven years ago at Amcorp Mall. I’ve got to experience the crazy antics again, last Sunday at Midvalley with Lian Chee. It wasn’t planned though. On both occasion it rained heavily after the first movie, making it difficult to exit the building and prompt a second screening.

It was the last day of the French Movie Festival at Midvalley on the previous Sunday. Since i’ve never watched French movie before, it’ll make a good experience then with La Science des rêves (Science of Sleep). Personally I’d find this movie more English then French. Though the movie is a bout a guy in France working for a calender production company, most of the conversation are in English due to the protagonist inability to speak French fluently. Well, not that I understand French, but rather what’s written on the subtitle.
I do find this movie amusing, after all, it is a comedy with lots of lewd jokes to go around. Also i feels that it speaks to me, in the sense that I do daydream allot in my younger days like the protagonist, though not to the extend of the inability to differentiate between reality and hallucination.

The second movie was titled Hors de prix (Priceless) in which we were very
lucky to get good seatings all thanks to the unclaimed reserved seats. we were seated third row from the back, middle seating. it was the best spot for a small screen (after all, how many locals are interested in foreign films?). And the best
part is there’s 2-3 vacant seats from the left and right of us. I could’ve slouch and spread my arms onto the arm rest if i wanted to. Anyway, back to the movie, it’s much more memorable and enjoyable then the first mainly because Audrey Tautou was so hot.
