Boss for two weeks
For the benefit of many who didn’t know, I was put in charge of the company from the 7th to 19th. not exactly 14 days, since we are not open on sundays. Anyways, for the two weeks without supervision is quite an experience.
Well, firstly is always the responsibility. Workload has instantaneously expanded three folds. Which require to deliver goods, pick up goods, meeting customers, managing employees funds, and overall production of the facility. Nothing says “Don’t Mess Up” better then being thrown all these jobs at me. Well, probably due to the fact that I’m listed as BoD and that my very livelihood depended on how well the company does.
Stress is also another thing that i’ve gained from my 2 weeks as boss. Contrary to most believe, i actually like the increasing stress level. There’s just something about stress that keeps me on my toes. It’s like advancing onto a more challenging and difficult level of a video game. Probably the lack of exercise during the two weeks caused me to crave for adrenaline pumping stress. Stress was contributed by responsibility. the bigger the responsibility, the bigger the stress.

Right on, the higher you go, the more stress you get. But that’s no excuse to skip gym. Whoa, boss at such a young age… at least now you know how stress your dad gets, huh?
