Earth Hour
Dear Friends,
We would like to share with you an important
global warming initiative – Earth Hour - taking place around the world
on 29 March 2008. Earth Hour is organized by WWF and is held in over 20
cities around the world.
At 8.00pm on Saturday, 29 March 2008,
cities around the world will turn off their lights for one hour to show
that it’s possible to take action on global warming. All households,
communities and business are being invited to turn off their lights for
one hour at 8.00pm on the said date.
We ask your support to turn
your computers and lights in your work space off before you leave at
the end of the week (Friday, 28 March), and switch off the lights at
your house for an hour on Saturday, 29 March from 8.00pm to 9.00pm.
Let’s do our part to stop global warming and we thank you for participating. Thank you.
